Your representative in Lithuania

Foreign companies usually need a lawyer in Lithuania for one of two reasons: a Lithuanian customer or partner has stopped paying, or the debtor is already in insolvency or restructuring proceedings. In both cases deadlines are short and the proceedings run in Lithuanian.

We act for you in dealings with the debtor, in court, before the bailiff and the insolvency administrator, and at creditors' meetings, and report to you in English.

  • Recovering debts from Lithuanian companies
  • Lodging and defending claims in insolvency proceedings
  • Representing creditors when a Lithuanian debtor restructures
  • Restructuring Lithuanian subsidiaries of foreign groups
  • Defending foreign directors and shareholders against liability claims
